2. Booking Confirmation

Payment or payment authorisation starts the aircraft matching process. A flight is confirmed only after the Plane Match Proposal is accepted and JETBAY issues written confirmation.

3. Aircraft Category

Fixed Price Routes are booked by aircraft category only, not by guaranteed aircraft model, registration, operator, or interior layout.

4. Availability and Timing

Availability is subject to route, aircraft category, departure timing, and operational conditions. For departures within 48 hours after cleared funds are received, aircraft availability is not guaranteed.

5. Additional Charges

The fixed route price does not include all possible costs. Changes, premium requests, de-icing, special handling, excess baggage, delays, and certain third-party or regulatory charges may apply separately.
